Terms applicable to the use of the website and the purchase of registrations and event tickets.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Oeiras Dance Academy website and the online purchase of registrations, bookings and tickets for events promoted by ODEIRAS — Oeiras Dance Associação.

1. Scope and acceptance
By using this website or completing a purchase, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions, the information provided for the selected event or service and, where applicable, the Oeiras Dance Academy Rules.Any specific conditions presented on the event page supplement these terms.
2. Information about events and services
We endeavour to keep information about dates, times, venues, programmes, capacity and prices up to date. Where it is necessary to change a relevant element, ODEIRAS will inform purchasers through the contact details provided, whenever possible and legally required.
3. Purchase and formation of the contract
Selecting a ticket or service does not, in itself, guarantee a booking. The purchase is deemed to have been received once checkout has been completed and an order number has been assigned. The booking remains subject to payment confirmation and availability. The customer must check the order details and report any errors as soon as possible.
ODEIRAS may refuse or cancel orders in the event of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, reasonable suspicion of fraud or failure to comply with the applicable conditions, and will refund any amounts unduly charged.
4. Prices, payments and invoicing
Prices displayed at checkout are stated in euros and include all legally applicable taxes, unless clearly indicated otherwise. The available payment methods are those presented at the time of purchase. A pending or on-hold order does not constitute confirmed payment.
Billing details must be provided correctly before the document is issued. Questions relating to payments or invoicing should be sent to geral@oeirasdance.ptquoting the order number.
5. Tickets, bookings and admission
- The electronic confirmation must be retained and presented when requested.
- The customer is responsible for the use and safekeeping of the ticket or access code. Unauthorised duplication, alteration or resale may result in admission being refused
- Identification or proof of eligibility for discounts may be requested.
- Admission to and attendance at the venue are subject to the venue’s rules, the organiser’s instructions and the specific conditions of the event.
- Photography or sound recording, admission after the event has started and the introduction of dangerous objects may be restricted by the promoter or venue.
6. Cancellations, postponements and refunds
Leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period are covered by the statutory exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, cancellation by the customer does not automatically confer the right to an exchange or refund, without prejudice to any more favourable conditions stated for the event or to rights arising mandatorily under the law.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the conditions communicated for that event and the applicable legislation will apply. Where there is a right to a refund, it will, whenever possible, be processed using the original payment method. Outdoor events may be subject to weather conditions and safety decisions, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights.
7. Participant conduct and responsibility
Participants must respect the safety rules, the facilities, other participants and the team’s instructions. The organiser may refuse admission or require the departure of anyone who endangers people or property, disrupts the event or uses invalid documentation, without prejudice to each situation being assessed in accordance with the law.
8. Website operation
ODEIRAS endeavours to ensure the operation and security of the website but may carry out maintenance or corrective work. The information provided does not limit or exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, trademarks and other content on the website are protected by applicable legislation. Their reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires authorisation, except where permitted by law.
10. Personal data and cookies
The data required for purchases, bookings, invoicing and communications are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
For support or complaints, contact geral@oeirasdance.pt. The Electronic Complaints Book is also available.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre,Rua dos Douradores, 116, 2nd floor, 1100–207 Lisbon · telephone 218 807 030, without prejudice to other competent bodies.
12. Applicable law and amendments
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any matter will be considered through the legally applicable procedures and by the competent bodies. The version in force is the version published on this page on the date of purchase.
