The main enrolment and attendance terms at Oeiras Dance Academy.

Important Information
No minimum-term commitment
Enrolment remains active until cancelled. Failure to attend classes does not exempt the student from paying the monthly fee.
Suspension or cancellation
Requests must be submitted by email by the 15th of the preceding month, in order to take effect the following month.
Temporary suspension
A suspension may last for up to three consecutive months. For suspensions longer than one month, the student’s place in the class cannot be guaranteed. This limit does not apply during pregnancy.
Student card
The student card is included in the registration fee, is personal and must be used on every visit. Replacement of a lost or misplaced card costs €3.
Missed classes and make-up classes
Missed classes may be made up until the end of the same month, subject to advance booking and availability. Classes cannot be made up during a suspension.
Payments
Monthly fees must be paid by the 8th of each month. A 10% surcharge applies to payments made after this date. After two consecutive failed Direct Debit payments, the associated discount will be withdrawn.
Classes and punctuality
Students must attend the classes in which they are enrolled and may be refused entry after the class has started. Clothing and footwear must be suitable for the activity.
Trial class
We currently have a promotion offering the first trial class free of charge.
2026/27 CALENDAR
- 14–20 December: open classes for parents — Kids and Teen groups.
- 5–11 April: open classes for parents — Kids and Teen groups.
- Second half of June: XIII Oeiras Dance Academy Gala — date to be confirmed.
- Public holidays: the Academy is closed, except on 1 December and for Gala rehearsals held on public holidays in June.
Safety, insurance and personal data
Health and safety
Before beginning any activity, students must ensure that they have no medical contraindications and must follow the teachers’ instructions. Regular students and class-pack holders are covered by personal accident insurance.
Data protection
Personal data is processed by ODEIRAS to manage enrolments, quotations, legal obligations and communications relating to its activities. The rights of access, rectification and erasure provided for under the GDPR are guaranteed.
