1. Personal data we may process
- Technical data required for the operation and security of the website, such as IP address, date, time, device, browser and technical logs.
- Your name, contact details and the content of messages you send us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Data required for enrolment in and attendance at classes, participation in events, invoicing and payments, when you use these services.
- Images, voice recordings or video only where there is an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.
2. How and why we use personal data
- Responding to enquiries and managing contacts: taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract or pursuing our legitimate interest in responding.
- Managing enrolments, classes, events and payments: performing a contract and complying with legal obligations.
- Security, abuse prevention and website maintenance: pursuing our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
- Promotional communications and non-essential technologies: based on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Images and content involving minors: only as authorised by the relevant legal representative and where applicable.
3. Data sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that support hosting, maintenance, communications, the management of enrolments and events, payments and accounting obligations. These providers receive only the data they require and are subject to security and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or visit social media platforms, you will be using external services whose own privacy policies also apply.
4. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the safeguards required by law are used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Contact details are retained while an enquiry is being handled and for a reasonable period required for any follow-up; contractual, accounting and invoicing data are retained for the applicable statutory periods; security logs are retained for the period required to protect the service; and data processed on the basis of consent are retained until consent is withdrawn, without prejudice to any data that must be retained to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.

ODA’s activities include minors. Personal data relating to children and young people are processed with particular care and, where necessary, through their parents or legal representatives. Personal data relating to minors should not be submitted through the website without the appropriate authority to do so.

Where applicable, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, as well as data portability and the withdrawal of consent.
