Ballroom dancing combines, like no other activity, elegance, precision, fun and music, thus making it an excellent spectacle for spectators and a great physical exercise for practitioners.
Since it is practiced in a group, Ballroom Dancing promotes interaction between people and well-being (both physical and psychological), as it is an excellent way to release daily worries and stress.
It consists of 10 dances, divided into two categories: Ballroom (English waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, slow foxtrot and quickstep) and Latin (samba, cha-cha-cha, rumba, paso doble and jive)
Registration with a partner is advised but not compulsory, and the use of comfortable clothing and footwear is also recommended.
