Direct debit includes a discount on the standard price. Payment is collected on the first working day of each month. The standard price applies to all other payment methods and must be paid by the 8th of each month.

The maximum combined discount is 10%. There is no minimum commitment period. Suspension and cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the previous month.
